What's for Dessert?

Who said you can’t have dessert for breakfast….


I’ve been obsessed with this bowl lately… any time of day! It has a great balance of carbs + protein + fat so it keeps me satisfied and feeling good! (plus now that my body can handle more dairy…i’m a happy girl! I often still buy lactose free cottage cheese + yogurt but if I am out and there is regular in the fridge I seem to do fine.)

I first tried this bowl with chocolate chips but discovered that chopped chocolate just makes it that much better. There are so many different ways to adapt this bowl - I love trying it with different fruit.

Tell me what your favourite fruit to add to this bowl is!
