A holistic nutrition consultant who knows what it’s like to be doing all the things I’m supposed to, but not seeing the results I dreamed of.

I used to be constantly stressed + anxious around food. I was killing myself in the gym and tried diet after diet all in attempts to get rid of my gas, bloating, and constipation. I was managing a long list of food sensitivities while trying to maintain my weight. I saw doctor after doctor and it always ended in a diagnosis of IBS (the most frustrating diagnosis IYKYK.)


The list of foods I could eat was getting smaller and smaller… I even started reacting to healthy foods. My relationship with food was crumbling. Food was controlling my life. I realized what I was doing wasn’t sustainable, It wasn’t solving the problem. I focused on fixing my gut from top to bottom and I have never looked back! My life is sustainable. Now my favourite foods feel and taste great! I can eat with my family and enjoy the same food as them! I’ve never felt better and more in tune with my body.
