You see…..I will add what ever healthy things my body is feeling at the time to my smoothie, which means sometimes it tastes kinda funky…..but I drink it anyway because I eat weird things. With that being said, it took me a while to figure out a healthy smoothie that others would enjoy too & trust me it was worth the wait - it’s GOOD.

I love smoothies because they are a great way to pack in gut healing boosters & easily sneak in more veggies.


When you focus on the gut, everything will start to fall into place.
