Discover tools that you can use with friends and family around food allergy education
Your 6 week program includes:
Initial coaching session (60 minutes) + 5 additional (45 minutes) weekly check ins
Customized 2 week meal plan
Text/email support when you feel lost
Receive access to a closed Facebook group where we share ideas, recipes, and develop friendships with our food allergy community
You will come away with:
How to navigate social situations with food allergies and sensitivities
How to create simple meals that are allergen free
Confidence in knowing you are more than your food allergy or sensitivity
