Are you feeling overwhelmed by your gluten & dairy allergies or sensitivities? This 6 week program was created for you gals who have known allergies/sensitivities to gluten/dairy and feel totally lost because you no longer can eat your favourite foods! Trust me - I know it’s emotional! I’m here to listen and help you come up with solutions and adapt to your new way of eating.

During our time together, I’ll help you to:

  • Learn how to navigate and feel confident in social events with your food allergy

  • Discover tools that you can use with friends and family around food allergy education

Your 6 week program includes: 

  • Initial coaching session (60 minutes) + 5 additional (45 minutes) weekly check ins

  • Customized 2 week meal plan

  • Text/email support when you feel lost

  • Receive access to a closed Facebook group where we share ideas, recipes, and develop friendships with our food allergy community

You will come away with:

  • How to navigate social situations with food allergies and sensitivities

  • How to create simple meals that are allergen free

  • Confidence in knowing you are more than your food allergy or sensitivity

  • Being able to be present and enjoy life again 

  • Faith that you can move forward with your life and not be ruled by your food allergy or sensitivity

  • Feeling like you can enjoy foods again 

  • Resources for foods you can enjoy and love
